On this Rockledge exterior repaint project there were several stucco cracks and a lanai ceiling repair to complete.
After we pressure washed this Rockledge, Fl home, we then applied a tinted sealer to all off the exterior surfaces of the home to be painted (due to chalkiness and also to assure good adhesion of the finish coats).
Next, we repaired all stucco cracks with an elastomeric stucco patch product and re-caulked all of the windows.
Due to the heavy skip trowel texture on this home we used several 1 1/4″ lambskin roller nap’s to apply three colors and two coats of Richards “Eternity” 100% Acrylic-Satin exterior paint to the stucco walls, bands, columns, fascia, garage doors, pool bath door and the front French entry doors.
