I just finished up this interior and exterior painting project in Palm Bay , Fl. The house was just purchased in a short sale due to foreclosure. The home was 1800 sq.ft with a stucco finish.
After pressure washing this Palm Bay home, we repaired all of the staircase stucco cracks, applied a tinted primer to ensure good adhesion, and then applied two coats of Richards Signature Series- satin exterior paint. We also painted the garage floor with an epoxy garage floor paint.
