Interior Painting 8 colors and 1 townhouse in Melbourne,Florida

I just finished up this interior painting project in the Suntree/Viera area of Melbourne.
The townhouse is 2200 sq.ft. We painted the entire place: baseboards, casing, crown, stair trim, spindles, all doors, bifolds, ceilings, walls and three accent walls. It was unoccupied and all of the carpeting will be replaced after the painting is completed.
We used a local paint manufacturers paint called Richards Paint. They’re at the top of my the list when it comes to paint quality in my book.

☆Exterior Painting Melbourne Florida/ Stucco cracks,dingy soffitts and iron stains ☆

This Project blog post is about an exterior repaint that went from drab to WoW!

After we pressure washed the exterior of this Melbourne home, we repaired all of the staircase stucco cracks, treated the iron stains, applied a masonry sealer/bonder to ensure good adhesion. Then we a applied two coats of Sherwin Williams A100 satin exterior paint on all of the stucco walls, bands, columns, soffits, facia, gutters, downspouts, back patio deck and patio ceilings.

Can my exterior window frames be painted?

This Project Blog is about exterior painting project where we also painted the peeling and chalky exterior window frames on a home in the Summer Brook sub division Melbourne, FL.

Chances are if your reading this, your windows might need a little face lift.
Getting new windows for your home just because the paint is drab and chalky could cost a pretty penny.
The good news is that You have found the perfect Melbourne painting contractor to make your windows look like new again for a fraction of the price that it would cost you to replace your windows.

I just finished up an exterior repaint in Melbourne, where we also painted the window frames because the windows were chalky. I have a proven track record and years of experience to prep your windows for a flawless factory finish.
Over the years I have perfected the technique and best materials to use on these types of exterior window frames.
1) Pressure wash all of the exterior surfaces to be painted.
2) Prep the surface and area around the window to be painted
3) We like to use our airless paint sprayer to prime your window frames with Richards Paint – Multi Surface Primer/Sealer.
4) After the primer dries, we caulk all of the windows to be painted.
5) Lastly, I spray two coats of Richards – Signature Series (satin or semi gloss) exterior paint for a long lasting and durable finish.
